Fitness The Firm recommends that you work out slowly at first. They recommend no weights when you first start working out. If you feel that you can handle the work out then you can start with 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbbells. There is a fitness guide inside that will tell you how much you should work out at first and then how to increase it as you continue on your fitness lifestyle change. I having been using the Firm for almost one year and I alternate the weight training and cardio with weight training each day. The work outs are about 50 - 60 minutes each. |
