I am going to be honest with you. I DO NOT like to work out. I feel that I spend over 2 hours at the gym and never reap the benefits of feeling firm and losing weight. Then I was introduced to "The Firm." This program is amazing!!! I had results within 10 days and that is not a gimmick! I am a normal person like anyone else.

The Firm's Promise to You

The Firm promises and guarantees on every single box that you will see results in 10 workouts guaranteed. I took this challenge because like I said before I did not have much luck with working out and seeing "results". So I did it. I can tell you honestly that after 10 workouts I was one size smaller and felt like I was on top of the world! My husband had said that he saw a glow in my face that he had never seen before. I challenge you -- if you are not a person who is disciplined enough to work out take the Firm Challenge. 10 workouts -- you will see the results!

Fitness

The Firm recommends that you work out slowly at first. They recommend no weights when you first start working out. If you feel that you can handle the work out then you can start with 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbbells. There is a fitness guide inside that will tell you how much you should work out at first and then how to increase it as you continue on your fitness lifestyle change. I having been using the Firm for almost one year and I alternate the weight training and cardio with weight training each day. The work outs are about 50 -  60 minutes each.

 Diet

I have polycystic ovaries so my diet is very limited to 60 - 80 carbohydrates a day and a diet full of fiber and protein. For a normal person without this devastating condition you need to figure out your calorie intake. There is a web site that you can go to, to do this. Caloriecount.about.com - This is a FREE resource and it will ask you questions about what your lifestyle is now and then make recommendations for your calorie intake. Once you have  figured this out it will actually give you your own profile where you can put in the food you eat each day AND you actually get food calories reduced for how much activity you do. ex. The Firm would be high aerobic exercise for the number amount of minutes you worked out.

If you want to get in shape. I recommend the FIRM. It is quick, easy, and really works out the parts of your body that will need it most!
